Kinderhook Landing is situated in a fenced in, two-plus acre compound with in-ground swimming pool and cabana in a separate decked and fenced in area, landscaped grounds, old wind mill, sitting areas with views of the Hudson River and parking for cars and boats. The building is divided into 5 independent attached houses.
